Class 1 HGV Night Shunter Driver Mon to Fri nights
The Best Connection is an Employment Business recruiting on behalf of our client.
We are recruiting an HGV CE NIGHT SHUNT DRIVER to operate in our client's yard near Auckley DN9.
Our client requires the Shunter Driver to start work at 23.00 each night Monday to Friday and the work involves moving trailers on site for loading and unloading operations.
This work is for an immediate start and is ongoing.
PAY :
- BASIC £ 19.08 PER HOUR
- OVERTIME £ 27.26 PER HOUR OVER 40 HOURS A WEEK
- GUARANTEED MINIMUM 8 HOURS PER NIGHT
- A 45 MIN BREAK IS NOT PAID EACH NIGHT
REQUIREMENT :
- CE ENTITLEMENT ON UK LICENCE WITH VALID CPC & DIGI CARD.
- NO MORE THAN 9 POINTS FOR MINOR INFRINGEMENTS
- NO DD/DR/CD OR TT99 ENDORSEMENTS PLEASE
- AT LEAST 3-6 MONTHS OF CE DRIVING EXPERIENCE IN THE UK
- PREVIOUS SHUNTING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- SAFE COUPLING AND UNCOUPLING SKILLS REQUIRED
