We're currently recruiting for our next Finishing Operative. We are based in Pershore and looking for the next Finishing Operative to join our team for ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position after a successful trial period. This position is a seated workstation-based role. It involves manual finishing of ceramic cores which can be very fiddly due to small fragile parts and includes de-burring using tiny files, under good lighting with dust extraction. Full training is given but previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Good communication skills and attention to detail are imperative.

Duties:

  • Dexterous work - handling very small parts
  • De-burring
  • Finishing castings by hand

Pay and Shift:

  • £12.50 per hour
  • £18.75 after 37.5 hours
  • 08:00 - 16:00
