The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Trainee Paint Shop Operative to work at our client's manufacturing site based in Farnham, Surrey. This is a temp to perm vacancy (12 weeks) with working hours from Monday to Friday (39 hours per week).
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- General assistant hand within paint shop.
- Learning powder coating and wet spraying from scratch.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Hanging products on racking.
- Inspecting finished products for faults/defects.
- Working to production targets.
The successful applicant will:
- Speak a good level of English.
- Hold a keen attitude to learn and progress.
- Be both motivated and reliable.
- Be able to reliably commute to Farnham.
Pay rate: £12.91 per hour. Immediate start available - short notice periods can be honoured.
