The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer for CNC/Production to work at our client's manufacturing site based in Farnham, Surrey.
Monday-Friday (39 hours per week)
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections and repairs on a wide range of machinery and site assets.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise production downtime and optimise equipment performance.
- Utilise expertise in fault finding to diagnose and rectify control system issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and other infrastructure components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote work culture safety.
The successful applicant will:
- Speak a good level of English.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, FANUC, Heidenhain, Matsuura, Nakamura, Quasar, Doosan.
- Familiarity with basic building maintenance tasks, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general repair work.
£40,000-£45,000 per year.
Driving license would be mandatory for this position due to the need to occasionally travel between company sites.
