We are currently recruiting for multiple Factory Operatives on behalf of our growing client in the WELSHPOOL area. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and interest in timber manufacturing.
Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Includes 2 x 30-minute daily breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture timber frame panels, floor cassettes, and roof cassettes to specification.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
- Measure, cut, and assemble timber components accurately.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
