Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

Location: Enfield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible to work some weekends)

Pay: £13.50 an hour

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and storage operation. This is a hands‑on role involving stock movement, container unloading, and supporting the day‑to‑day management of storage contracts within a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate must hold a valid Counterbalance (C/B) Forklift Licence and be confident working within warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  • Moving stock throughout the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
  • Supporting the management of storage contracts and stock organisation
  • Carrying out goods‑in and goods‑out duties
  • Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and health & safety standards
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance (C/B) FLT Licence
  • Previous warehouse and FLT experience
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
