About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Driver Compliance Coordinator to join a busy logistics and warehouse operation based in Enfield. The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and management to ensure procedures are followed and customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor drivers while on the road and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Handle and resolve driver and customer complaints professionally
  • Ensure drivers are following operational and compliance standards
  • Verify delivery addresses and investigate any discrepancies
  • Check that drivers are contacting customers where required
  • Monitor driver communication and delivery performance
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and reports
  • Support warehouse and transport management teams with operational checks
  • Escalate any recurring compliance or service issues
  • Assist with audits, investigations, and process improvements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse operations, compliance, or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
