The Best Connection Dudley are recruiting for a Transport Supervisor for our Client in Dudley. The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis.
Pay rate & Hours:
- £14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 till 17:30
Responsibilities of the Transport Supervisor:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily transport operations
- Schedule drivers, vehicles and delivery routes
- Liaise with customers
- Liaise with production, internal sales, after service and install teams
- main contact for the drivers
- booking and managing third party transport
- providing up to date cost for transport and installation
Duties for Transport Supervisor:
- Printing of delivery notes
- Reporting and chasing daily shortages
- supplying of driver details
- providing export packing specifications
- helping with with company annual stock take
