We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. No recruitment experience is needed; we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Salary & Package:

  • Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
  • First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

  • In the town centre, small team that gets on really well, mix of new people but experience within recruitment and Best Connection, large client base with a couple of big users on.

About the Role:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face client visits
  • Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
  • Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break
  • Office based role.
  • A full current driving licence is required for client visits.
