The Best Connection Dudley are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater on behalf of our client in Dudley. Role Overview: You will be responsible for powder coating trackwork and rail components, ensuring all products are finished to a high standard and meet quality specifications. Key Responsibilities: Preparing metal components for coating Hanging and unhanging products from the track line Applying powder coating to components Carrying out quality inspections on finished products Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health and safety procedures at all times Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch break) Pay Rate: £13 per hour Requirements: Previous powder coating experience preferred Experience working within a manufacturing environment Good attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable and punctual attitude to work Benefits: Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Limited include: Ongoing assignments Online payslips Weekly pay Pension contribution Potential permanent position after a successful trial period 28 days paid annual leave (accrual basis) The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
