Role Overview
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in furniture assembly to join a busy manufacturing team. The role involves assembling furniture products using hand and power tools while working accurately from job sheets, drawings and assembly instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling furniture products to a high standard.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools throughout the assembly process.
- Reading and following job sheets, assembly instructions and production specifications.
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Shift Pattern
- 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday
- 07:00 - 13:00 Friday
Pay Rate
£13.40 per hour
Requirements
- Previous furniture assembly experience is essential.
- Experience using hand and power tools is essential.
- Ability to confidently work from job sheets and assembly instructions is essential.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
