We are currently recruiting a Hygiene Operative to join our busy horticulture manufacturing site. This is a key role responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production areas, helping to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising production areas, machinery, and equipment
- Removing plant waste safely and efficiently
- Following site hygiene schedules and procedures
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided)
- Completing hygiene records and reporting any issues
- Adhering to Health & Safety and environmental standards at all times
About You
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Previous factory, cleaning, or horticulture experience is an advantage but not essential
