Looking for a hands-on role with long-term career prospects? We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team in Dover. No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating production machinery
- Monitoring quality and production processes
- Carrying out product quality checks
- Handling materials safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Team player with a positive approach
Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
Shift Pattern
- 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights
- 5:45am to 6:15pm / 5:45pm to 6:15am
- Average 40.25 hours per week
