Shifts Available: Monday - Friday Weekly rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00Pay rate: £16.04 ph Responsibilities of the Team Leader (s): Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, succession planning, motivation, training and development Manage and own all elements of the admin, stock and systems processes, being the point of contact for issues, and finding resolutions Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities Monitor, motivate, and evaluate Warehouse Operatives performances to ensure customer expectations are being achieved / exceeded Developing, monitoring, and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs) Execute the daily work plan by adjusting the workflow to meet goals, by conducting daily briefsRequirements of the Team Leader (s): Experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation Experience of MS Office & Outlook, Word, Excel Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of the end-to-end warehouse processes and health and safety, IOSH is highly desirableBenefits of working for The Best Connection as a Team Leader (s): Hourly rate as above (not age dependent) 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Induction Training Ongoing Assignment Overtime Available Possible permanent position following a successful trial period Shift Premiums Training ProvidedIf you are interested in the above Team Leader (s) positions, please click apply or contact Chris or Tom in the Derby Office on the below number.
