Production Operatives - Temp to Perm

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for FLT Drivers with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.
About the Role
Warehouse Operatives - Main duties and requirements are:
- Loads/unload/mask parts on the production line according to schedule and instructions as per IATF 16949
- Performs basic visual inspection for rust or damage and follows all applicable reject procedures.
- Understands packaging process and ensures parts are packaged and identified correctly according to instructions.
- Ensures all racks and tooling are suitable and safe for use.
- Contribute to team members on-the-job training and orientation
- Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures to meet customer commitments or plant metrics and performance.
- Promotes and utilizes 5-S Standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
- Must understand and comply with all EHS procedures
- Must be willing to work overtime when required other duties as assigned.

- Monday to Friday
Pay
- £13.01 per hour
- All hours are paid at a flat rate
