Our client is a well-established business specialising in general haulage, providing a complete haulage service to all parts of the UK. They offer a reliable and honest service to their customers.

The Role:- HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Driver - tramper role
- Typically 2-3 nights out per week (job dependent)
- General haulage work
- Start times usually between 05:00am - 06:00am
- Duties include opening and closing curtains and ensuring loads are secure
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times, representing both the client and The Best Connection
- Minimum 2 years' commercial experience as an HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Driver
- Must be over 23 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Valid Cat C+E licence, CPC and digital tachograph card
- Well-presented, professional, and reliable
- Honest with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and able to tailor service to customer requirements
- Positive attitude towards customer service
- Ad hoc shifts available (work offered based on business needs)
- Early starts between 05:00am - 06:00am
- Tramping role (2-3 nights out per week, job dependent)
- £15.00 per hour
- £25 per night out allowance
