The Best Connection are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor(s) to work at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the call centre and customer service department with a global leader in logistics, distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.
Pay: £14.73ph Overtime Pay: £22.10 (after 40 hours)
Hours: 37.5hrs a week shifts between Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 19:15
Hybrid Office and Working from Home: 2 out of 4 weeks (dependant on performance + personal preference)
Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
All Training Provided: 2 weeks onsite training, 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Duration: Ongoing, Temporary to Permanent
Accessible via: Skylink Bus Route

Vetting for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)

Role and Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience of working with MS Word and Excel (desirable)
- Experience working within a Customer Service environment (required)
- Handling Customer queries (by telephone or electronically)
- Liaising with Network Contacts and Customers
- Using in house data systems
- Data Entry
- Meeting company KPI's
