The Best Connection West Bromwich has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients fantastic Manufacturing/logistic distribution centre based within the heart of West Bromwich.
- Pay: £12.21 - £14.00 (rate is dependent on experience).
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:30 & Friday 08:30 - 16:00.
- Immediate start - CV is required before starting this role.
- This position is a temporary ongoing.
You will be working within a fast-paced office environment, please see main duties below.
Daily duties include:
- Calling customers to respond to inquiries.
- Emailing customers to respond to inquiries.
- Handling customers complaints, investigating the issue, and providing effective solutions.
- Working closely with the production/distribution team and sales to ensure customers\' needs are met.
- Using systems to maintain records.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiently.
- Handling complaints.
- Process returns and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Use root‑cause analysis to understand key drivers of order failure in support of continuous improvement.
- Identify potential obstacles in the fulfilment process, and work with any stakeholders to take corrective action.
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned.
