Key Responsibilities- Assisting skilled tradespeople, including bricklayers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and groundwork's.
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials around site.
- Digging trenches, mixing concrete, and carrying out basic groundwork's.
- Erecting and dismantling temporary fencing, barriers, and site protection systems.
- Assisting with deliveries and checking materials against delivery notes.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent manual handling and physical fitness.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, spirit levels, tape measures).
- Power tools (drills, grinders, saws, breakers).
- Wheelbarrows and manual handling equipment.
- Site cleaning and waste management equipment.
