Administration & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and dispatches
  • Input and update data on warehouse management systems (WMS) and spreadsheets
  • Process delivery notes, purchase orders, and shipping documentation
  • File and organise warehouse paperwork (digital and physical)

Stock & Order Support

  • Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reporting
  • Investigate discrepancies and support stock reconciliation
  • Support order processing and tracking

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between warehouse staff, transport providers, and office teams
  • Respond to queries from internal departments and external suppliers
  • Schedule deliveries and collections where required
