The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers with our global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is an ongoing opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.
About the Role
HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers - Main duties and requirements are:
- Pre-loaded vehicles, not required to unload
- Store deliveries
- Ensuring your load is safe and secure including strapping down loads
- Completion of delivery paperwork
- Maximum 6 points accepted (No DD/ DR offences)
- Vehicle checks
Working Hours
- Minimum 8-hour shifts
- Days and nights available
- Flexiblility essesntial weekdays and weekends
Pay
- £19.52
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
- Commitment to shifts/rotas
- Ability to work safely alone
- Time management and punctuality
- A good understanding of UK drivers' hours
