This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry, providing essential support to passengers requiring additional assistance during their journey through the airport. Working Hours
- Part-time position
- Night shifts: 22:00 - 04:00
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

Key Responsibilities
As a Night Passenger Assistant, you will:
- Assist passengers requiring additional support throughout the airport.
- Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate assistance.
- Safely support passengers using wheelchairs and electric mobility vehicles.
- Assist with passenger baggage where required.
- Carry out safety checks on mobility equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Communicate effectively with airport teams and colleagues.
- Complete operational documentation accurately.
- Support the wider airport operation during night shifts.
Candidate Requirements
