The Best Connection - Aviation is looking for Customer Care Agents to assist with operations at London Gatwick Airport. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced airport environment within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry.
In this position, you will support passengers who require additional assistance, helping to ensure their journey through the airport is safe, comfortable, and efficient.
Pay & Hours
- £13.45 - £14.71 per hour
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Part-time shifts (6 hours)
- 4 on / 4 off rota
- Shift times include: 04:00 - 10:00 | 22:00 - 04:00 | 12:00 - 18:00 | 18:00 - 00:00
- Flexibility to work across all shifts is required.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
Please note: This is a temporary, seasonal role.
Key Duties
- Deliver high-quality care and assistance to passengers
- Support individuals with reduced mobility throughout the airport
- Operate wheelchairs and electric buggies safely
- Help with luggage when necessary
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report issues
- Ensure mobility equipment is clean and ready for use
- Communicate with the airport control team using handheld devices
- Complete accurate records and reports
- Provide support to the wider airport operations team as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently in a busy environment
- Remains calm under pressure with good time management
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Previous experience in airport operations, passenger services, or customer service is desirable but not required
- Additional language skills are advantageous
