The Best Connection are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our well established client based in Crawley/Gatwick.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment within logistics distribution and supply chain industry, with full training provided and opportunities for long-term employment and progression.
Due to the site's location, you will need to drive.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 5 out of 7 days, 6:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Full-Time | 12 week Temp-Perm
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:
- Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
- Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Helping load and unload stock from vehicles.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the team to ensure production deadlines are met.
Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the site location.
- Ability to complete a 5-year background check and DBS check.
