Location: Elsham Wold Industrial Estate - own transport is essential due to location. Shift Pattern Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm (12‑hour shifts) All candidates must start on days to complete training and learn the role Opportunity to move onto nights (6:00pm - 6:00am) once fully trained Pay Rates £14.00 per hour (Days) £15.50 per hour (Nights – once progressed) Benefits Free onsite parking Weekly pay Requirements Valid, in‑date Counterbalance FLT licence Physically fit and happy to undertake manual duties Reliable and hardworking attitude Own transport due to site location Role Overview This is not just a forklift driving role .
