About the role
We're recruiting a physically fit and reliable Waste Collection Operative for a consistent role based across Cornwall, primarily supporting holiday home waste collections. This is an ongoing position with long term potential, with hours likely to increase as the busy season progresses. This role involves early morning starts and manual handling, working as part of a small team covering multiple locations across the west coast, including areas around Penzance and Falmouth.
Key Duties
- Collection of waste from holiday homes across designated routes
- Manual handling and loading of waste safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a small team to complete daily routes
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with procedures
- Maintaining a professional and reliable approach throughout the working day
