Your Key Responsibilities: Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare – Based at our client’s premises, you’ll oversee temporary workers, ensuring smooth payroll processing, resolving queries, and coaching/supporting performance. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Candidate Selection & Placement – Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements. Delivering High-Quality Service – Uphold company values and maintain service excellence. Busy onsite – Part of a experienced onsite team. Time spent between local branch and onsite – Recruitment will be included in the role alongside onsite duties.
