The Best Connection Group Limited are currently seeking an administrator for a well valued client in the Congleton area. We are looking for someone to join the team working alongside an existing Administrator to support in the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Answering calls and communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Data entry and document management
  • Using computer systems confidently (emails, spreadsheets, internal systems)
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has strong previous administrative experience
  • Confident working with computers and learning new systems
  • Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person
  • Well organised, reliable and able to work independently
  • A team player who can work alongside another Administrator

Working Hours & Pay:

  • Must be able to start at 9:00am
  • Flexible working hours between 30-40 hours per week
  • Must be available to work Thursdays (other Administrator is off that day)
  • Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (starting rate), £13.50 per hour for candidates with higher levels of experience

This is a temp to perm position with ongoing work and the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks. The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
