This is a key position where you’ll help ensure that strict industry regulations and protocols are met, making a real difference to the safety and success of our candidates and clients. What we’re looking for:

  • Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in referencing or knowledge of the aviation sector is helpful, but not essential – full training is provided

  • Salary: £26,000
  • Generous bonus scheme: 1st year OTE £27,200 – £30,500

  • Requesting, chasing and validating references and documentation
  • Processing DBS checks
  • Liaising with candidates, clients and external stakeholders
  • Using in-house and airport systems
