We are currently recruiting for a Fully Vetted Perishable Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Colnbrook. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, particularly within perishables or air freight, who understands the importance of handling time-critical, temperature-controlled goods.
Key Responsibilities- Handling and processing perishable goods in a chilled environment
- Loading and unloading freight
- Heavy lifting - up to 30kg
- Picking, packing, and labelling shipments accurately
- Completing paperwork and using warehouse systems
- Working in line with health & safety and air cargo compliance
- Full air cargo vetting (5-year check / DBS / references)
- Previous warehouse experience (perishables or freight preferred)
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and in chilled conditions
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
