The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced CMM Inspector on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client operating within the precision engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled quality team within a modern machining environment, working with complex, high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of precision machined components
- Operate CMM machinery using Aberlink software
- Generate and run CMM programs in CNC mode
- Conduct manual inspection using verniers, micrometres, bore mics, gauges and callipers
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD s, ISIRs and FAIRs
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
