Overview
The Best Connection Scotland are currently recruiting for our National Client who is in the market for Class 2 drivers to load and deliver to homes throughout the Central Belt Area.
You will be part of a 2 man team and will have an experienced 2nd man with you. This role is ongoing or if you are just looking for an odd weekend shift. Depots are based in the Glasgow area and it is a 5 over 7 day role with working hours 7am/8am/11am starts to finish (Pb 8hrs min).
Responsibilities
- Loading materials onto vehicle
- Delivering and unloading to various sites including home delivery
- General upkeep of vehicle
- Physically demanding role requiring a good level of fitness
Requirements
- Class 2 HGV Driving Licence with 2 years experience
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Documented work history
- References
- Excellent customer service skills – Must have a good level of English
- Complete online training at home (Paid)
Benefits
- Monday to Friday £14.75ph first 8hrs
- £22.12ph after 8hrs and Saturday
- Sun £29.50ph
