HGV CLASS 2 DRIVERS WANTED - Temp to perm opportunity. We are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for one of our clients based in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers ongoing day work with the chance to move into a permanent position based on performance. Start times vary between 6:30am and 8:15am.
You'll be completing multidrop deliveries across the Stoke and Crewe area, with occasional dedicated runs depending on customer requirements.
Pay and Benefits
- Basic Pay: £13.45 per hour (42.5-hour minimum)
- Overtime: £13.65 per hour after 42.5 hours
- Saturday Rate: £100 minimum and £15.20 per hour after 8 hours
- Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £125 minimum and £17.25 per hour after 8 hours
- Quarterly Bonus Scheme: Drivers who consistently meet simple KPIs will earn an extra £200 every quarter.
To qualify, you'll need to maintain:
- No avoidable fines or damages
- No complaints from customers
- Reliable attendance (no unauthorised absences or lateness)
What we're looking for:
