Class 2 HGV Driver - Ongoing Role
Location: Leigh
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 10-12 hours per day
Start time: From 07:00
Estimated finish: Around 18:30

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an ongoing Class 2 HGV Driver position based in Leigh, working on behalf of one of our clients.
This is a great opportunity to gain further Class 2 HGV driving experience in a general haulage environment, carrying out multi-drop pallet deliveries.
The Role
- Monday to Friday - no weekend work
- Multi-drop pallet deliveries
- General haulage work
- Start times from approximately 07:00
- Typical working days are expected to be around 10-12 hours
- Estimated finish time around 18:30, although hours can vary
- Deliveries may be unloaded using an electric pump truck or FLT, depending on the site
- Professional and customer-focused approach required
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (C+E/C) driving licence
- Clean driving licence
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience is essential
- Valid and up-to-date Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph (Tacho) Card
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
