Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Willenhall
£17.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Overtime Available
The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a well-established client based in Willenhall.
We are looking to get the successful candidate in for an induction this week, if possible, with a view to ongoing work.
The Role
- Class 1 driving work using flatbeds and curtainsiders
- Delivering steelwork to a range of customers
- Induction will be ½ day, followed by buddying up with an experienced driver for 1-2 days to become familiar with customers and company procedures
- Work is mainly Monday to Friday, with overtime available
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 5 years\’ steelwork experience, including:
- Structural steel
- Cable management
- General steel deliveries
- Confident using flatbeds and curtainsiders
- Strong knowledge of load safety and strapping
- Fully up to date with tacho regulations
- No points on licence
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Pay
- £17.00 per hour
- Overtime available
