The Best Connection are recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with one of the UK's largest and most well-established distribution operations, based in Reading.

Pay Rates:

  • AM Shifts (04:00–12:59) – £19.00 per hour
  • PM Shifts (13:00–03:59) – £21.50 per hour
  • Overtime (after 8 hours per day) – £23.75 per hour
  • Saturday – £24.00 per hour
  • Sunday – £28.50 per hour
  • 6th Shift in a Week – £28.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2 to 3 store deliveries per shift
  • Accurate completion of relevant paperwork
  • Clear communication with the on-site transport team

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
