Production Operatives required in the Chichester area - available immediately! We are looking for switched on and reliable candidates to support our client with their peak season. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the finishing touches on the products before they are despatched. Working as part of a production line, you'll ensure every plant meets our high quality standards. Applicants must note that this role involves being on your feet most of the shift and that it is ideal to have your own transport due to the location of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trimming and tidying houseplants
  • Adding decorative finishes such as moss, bark, and top dressings
  • Cleaning pots and removing damaged leaves
  • Quality checking plants before packing
  • Working efficiently within a production team
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Attributes and skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous horticultural experience desirable

Hours: 6am/7am start until finish (normally 4pm/5pm)
