Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Burntwood
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Burntwood for a Customer Service Coordinator.
This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and develop within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering and allocating parts from external suppliers and sites
- Allocating products to the correct facilities
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records
- Supporting the production planning function
- Providing excellent customer service and administrative support
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Salary:
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
