CAT B DELIVERY DRIVER - LONDON SE

Location: London SE/Lewisham

Pay: £15.65 per hour

The Best Connection Employment Group is currently seeking CAT B Delivery Drivers - London SE/Lewisham for a major client operating within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector. We are recruiting for drivers to support their peak season from November to January.

Our client is a global leader in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry and is looking to expand their team of CAT B Delivery Drivers - London SE/Lewisham to meet high seasonal demand.

Job Details

  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak
  • Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00
  • Pay Rate: £15.65 PAYE

Responsibilities of a CAT B Delivery Driver - London SE/Lewisham in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector

  • Multi-drop parcel delivery to customer addresses around the required area.
  • 65 to 100 drops per day
  • Performing complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections
  • Adhering to assigned delivery schedules and following all job directives
  • Assisting the warehouse team with loading and unloading stock at the start and end of the day
  • Following all required safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid Category B manual driving licence
  • 3 years of reference-able work history
  • Clear DBS check or Overseas Police Clearance Certificate (if applicable).
