What you'll be doing
- Keeping production lines moving efficiently
- Loading materials onto conveyors
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (approx. 30% of your role)
- Sorting, stacking, and organising materials
- Supporting machinery and site operations
- Following health & safety procedures
- Completing basic paperwork
What we're looking for
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
