The Best Connection - Manchester are recruiting on behalf of our client in Carrington for a Production Team Leader to join their operations team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support production operators to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
  • Step in to cover the Shift Manager when required
  • Operate and monitor the baler panel and SCADA system
  • Conduct regular safety and compliance meetings, promoting a strong HSE culture
  • Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and housekeeping
  • Assist in training and mentoring staff to meet operational targets
