About the Role:
We are currently looking for a reliable and hard-working FLT Operator (Counterbalance) to join our team. This is a physically active role that involves both forklift operation and manual loading of tyres to and from bays and belts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
- Load and unload tyres to and from bays and conveyor belts
- Support warehouse operations with tyre movement, stacking, and organisation
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Ideally have an FLT Licence (However in house training is provided)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or tyre-handling environment preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork
Shift Pattern
- Rotating shifts:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
Training Provided
- Full induction training given
- FLT training provided by the client
