We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious IPAF Operative to operate powered access equipment on site. The role involves safely using MEWPs to support daily operations while complying with all health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate powered access equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts) in line with IPAF guidelines
- Complete daily pre-use checks and basic equipment inspections
- Work safely at height and ensure site safety at all times
- Support on-site tasks such as installation, maintenance, or general works
- Follow risk assessments, method statements, and PPE requirements
- Report any defects, hazards, or incidents promptly
- Keep the work area clean and safe
Requirements
- Valid IPAF licence (3a / 3b as required)
- Experience operating MEWPs
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Comfortable working at height
- Punctual and reliable for 08:00-16:00 shifts
- Good communication skills
