Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Wiltshire area. This is a temporary, flexible role, you will be working across a variety of care settings, supporting our clients with staffing gaps.
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community. Equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
