Call Operative (JN -072025-2526) Tamworth, England
Salary: GBP12.21 – GBP12.21 per hour
Our client, based in Amington Industrial Estate, requires Part time Contact Call Centre Operatives (NO COLD CALLING). No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided. The assignment is for 10 weeks. Duties include dealing with incoming calls from members and delivering excellent customer service to handle queries. Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure members\’ jobs are dealt with efficiently. Assisting with any other general admin office duties, such as filing, copying, and basic data entry. Using Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Our client offers Part time Contact Call Centre Operatives:
- Working 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 14:00 to 18:00
- £12.21 per hour
