Title: Finance Assistant
Our client, a power management company, is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team in Luton. This is a long-term position for candidates that are interested in developing their skills and working within a well-established production environment. Training will be provided for this position, and there are excellent opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience within the industry.
Location:

Job Role ( Finance Assistant )
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Raising and reviewing POs and invoices
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a strong audit trail and support continuous improvement of Finance processes and controls.
Experience required:
- Accounts payable or transactional finance experience
- Exposure to multi-currency transactions
- Understanding of PO, invoice and delegated authority
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
- Starting work at 08:00/09:00 each morning
- 45 minute unpaid lunch break
Pay rate:
- £15.38-£19.49 per hour dependent on experience
