The Best Connection are working with our client based in Washington who are a Tier 1 supplier to Nissan. Due to increased levels of business, they now require 7.5 tonne drivers. This is an ongoing contract which will become permanent for the right person.
The Role:
- Loading and unloading stillages
- Driving a tugger machine around the production area collecting products in bins and replacing with empties
- Using SAP to create a ticket for delivery schedules to Nissan. The deliveries are time sensitive
- Loading vehicles and driving to Nissan where you unload
- No heavy lifting although there is some manual handling
- You will also need to Line Feed at Nissan
The Candidate:
- Full, clean UK driving licence, with C1/7.5t entitlement
- Valid Forklift licence
- CPC Driver Qualification card
- Digital Tachograph card
- Excellent time keeping
- Positive attitude
Start Times:
- 2 shift rotation (day shift only also available)
- Week 1 - 07:00 to 15:18 Monday to Friday
- Week 2 - 16:20 to 00:38 Monday to Thursday - 14:55 to 22:48 Friday
PAYE:
Pay rate £13.54 per hour
