About the Role

  • Managing the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from generating business to placing candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identifying and securing new business through sales calls and face-to-face client meetings
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
  • Working towards achievable sales and performance targets with the support of an experienced team
