We are looking for a reliable, physically fit Mix Room Operator to join a small production team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role within a fast-paced food production environment. The role involves regular lifting, manual handling, and standing for long periods. You will also need to be flexible to start work early, sometimes from 5:00am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, measure, and manually handle raw ingredients for drink production
- Prepare and mix batches according to recipes and production specifications
- Operate and monitor mix room machinery and equipment safely
- Ensure correct sequencing and timing of ingredients to meet quality standards
- Use handheld devices and online systems to record batch data, stock usage, and production activity
- Complete all required production documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the mix room, tanks, and equipment in line with hygiene and food safety standards
- Carry out cleaning, flushing, and sanitising procedures between batches
- Organise materials and prepare mixes to support the following day's production
- Work closely with production and bottling teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime
- Take ownership of the mix room area once fully trained

Working Hours:
- During training: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm (approx. 2 months)
- After training: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: Β£12.22 per hour
