We are looking for a reliable, physically fit Production Operator to join a small production team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role in a fast-paced food production environment. The role involves regular lifting, manual handling, and standing for long periods. You will also need to be flexible to start work early, sometimes from 5:00am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually handle and measure ingredients for drink production
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely
  • Work efficiently on bottling and packaging lines
  • Use online systems via handheld devices for tracking production and inventory
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Clean and sanitise machinery and work areas
  • Organise work to support the following day's production
  • Support the team to minimise downtime and maintain production flow

What We're Looking For:

  • Physically strong and comfortable with manual work
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Flexibility to start from 5:00am to cover holiday periods if required

Pay rate: £12.22
